Most of the time people feel lonely in spite of having everything in life. At times it may be attributed to internal factors like low self-esteem. If you lack confidence in yourself and believe that you are unworthy of the attention or regard of other people, then this can also lead to isolation and loneliness. We all depend on social connections for moral support, including validation, emotional regulation, empathy, comfort and a sense of belonging.
At times you feel lonely while being in a relationship as you are too tired to connect for intimacy. You might feel pressurised or exhausted to meet someone else need. It is important to figure out what is causing your feelings and to be honest with yourself. It might be possible for you to feel like trying again and give it one more chance. You may have done it a lot of times and a point comes when you realise there is no point in sticking to something that has burnt out. It is useless for a doused flame to warm you up and hence brace up and let it go.
You know what? It's good luck you are not satisfied with everything outside and you are looking for something more. It's good fortune that you are lonely, as you are able to take another journey. The divinity has given you everything and is waiting to receive you. That is when you can go deep into meditation. The universe is wanting to embrace you. The air, water, the sky - in all forms the divine is dealing with you. As birds chirping, flowers blossoming, rivers flowing. Nature is calling for you to rise to some level. You are here to spread joy. The more you ask for it, the less you will get it. The more you give, the more you receive it.
