One day, a seeker approached a wise sage and asked,
"Why does life feel so difficult?"
The sage smiled and offered him a glass of water. Before handing it over, he dropped a pinch of salt into it and said,
"Drink this."
The seeker sipped… and grimaced at the bitterness.
Then, the sage led him to a quiet lake. He dropped the same pinch of salt into the lake and asked the seeker to drink again.
He drank… and smiled.
The sage whispered:
“Your problem is never really the problem. Your reaction to it is.”
“Be the lake, not the glass.”
So… Who Is a Happy Soul?
A Happy Soul is not someone who never faces storms —
But someone who learns how to stay calm despite them.
A Happy Soul is someone who:
Stops trying to change others and turns inward.
Accepts people as they are, without judgment.
Understands that everyone is right from their perspective.
Let's go out of control, of outcomes, of the past.

No longer seeks to prove how intelligent or important they are.
Drops comparison and walks their path.
Knows the difference between need and want, and lets go of wants.
Finds joy not in possessions, but in presence.
And above all, are deeply at peace with themselves and the world.
