Energy fluctuates.
That’s natural.
But don’t dwell on it too much.
Sometimes it rises like a wave, other times it dips like a whisper.
Yet, the one observing it all, you, remains unchanged.
If you often find yourself analyzing whether your energy is high or low,
perhaps you simply have too much time on your hands.
So, get busy.
When your day is full of meaningful action, there’s no room for brooding —no space for sorrow.
You wake with purpose, and sleep with contentment.
Where is the time to be unhappy when you’re immersed in creating, helping, giving, and growing?
Action anchors you.
Stillness elevates you.
Idleness drains you.
People who engage fully with life—who serve, sing, strive, and smile—don’t have time to be depressed.
It is only when we sit idle, feeding repetitive thoughts, that the fog begins to settle.
When that happens, turn to wisdom.
Open the Yoga Vasishta—a scripture that pours divine insight like honey.
Listen to the Narada Bhakti Sutras, or the Ashtavakra Gita—let your soul soak in truth.
These timeless words will uplift you.
They remind you:
You are not the storm,
You are the sky that holds it.
And don’t forget to sing!
Yes, sing.
Sing in the shower.
Sing alone in your room.
Sing when your heart aches, and when it dances.
Singing releases the soul.
Even the walls will echo back joy.
I’ve given you so many keys to happiness.
But if, after all this, you’re still determined to be unhappy—
Then what can anyone do?
Accept Life as It Comes
Remember: opposite values are complementary.
Joy makes sense because sorrow exists.
Light is understood only because of darkness.
Your role?
Embrace them both, and keep dancing through the duality.
If you have even a drop of wisdom,
you’ll see through this play of life.
Sometimes friends behave like enemies.
Sometimes strangers become your greatest support.
Sometimes things go your way.
Sometimes they fall apart.
But through it all, you remain centered.
You grow roots.
And then… no storm can shake you.
Even if you forget every other word I’ve spoken,
If you remember just these few truths, you’ve already won.
This Is Maya
This is what we call Maya—illusion.
All these thoughts, judgments, emotions we cling to—they’re not real.
Our rigid opinions—of ourselves and others—are just clouds in the wind.
Let them go.
Shake them off.
Wake up.
You’ll realize:
You are not this confused.
You are not this chaos.
You are…
Bubbling enthusiasm.
Shimmering joy.
A fountain of love…
Overflowing into the world.
Don’t seek it outside.
You are it.
