In life one meets a lot of people who had gone through difficult times. These experiences at times make them indifferent and resistance to change. They don’t even try to come out from this state and start accepting it as their fate. Acceptance to be what you are and developing this nature is a mental label that allows your ego to indulge in unhappiness. It strengthens its sense of separation from other people and your surroundings. Separation is the basis for the ego's sense of identity.

Over a period you develop this nature of defending your right to be unmindful, unconscious and feeling, as your right to suffer. You will not let people come close as will lose this happiness the mind derives from this resentment, moodiness and anger. The mind derives immense satisfaction by deceiving you from this illusion.

You also have an idea in your mind that "everything is not okay," as deep down your old mental-emotional patterns of resistance are still in place.

We can all recite incidents in life when we felt slighted by someone, turned off by one's negative actions, or even insulted by someone. It's easy to rekindle a negative attitude if we continue to remember those occasions or react to them. Forget them. They're not worth reliving.

Get high in doing good for your own self-worth, not for recognition. If you seek to set yourself above others by your deeds, you could quickly find that you are inadequate instead of proud.

Have a positive support group. Make friends of those who have this same attitude about life. You'll find the mutual support of each other the reward you need to keep the proper positive attitude.

Give God the glory for what you have. Make every day the best day possible. Once the day is gone, it is gone forever.

Live in the today. Keep hope for tomorrow. Live on His promises and grace and keep the faith. But, live this and every morning with a Godly heart and your days will be filled with His blessings.

Don’t be a grudge collector !!!!
