Morning Muse 275 : When the Storm Shrinks

A challenge appears overwhelming only when it fills the entire frame of our vision. The moment you widen the frame, its size changes. What once seemed like a mountain becomes a milestone.
First, expand your perspective. Step beyond the narrow circle of “my problem” and look at the larger human journey. Service and empathy have a strange power—they reduce the burden of the self and awaken inner strength.
Second, remember the rhythm of time. Nothing in life remains unchanged—neither success nor struggle. What has come will pass. This awareness alone restores confidence.
Third, return to stillness. A few moments of conscious breathing, of silence, can reorganize the inner world. From calmness arises clarity; from clarity, right action.
Fourth, when effort reaches its limit, entrust the rest to a higher intelligence. Surrender is not defeat; it is mature strength.
And finally, carry a quiet smile—not because life is easy, but because your spirit is larger than circumstance.
When consciousness expands, the storm does not need to disappear.
It simply loses its power over you.
