Life will test your courage again and again. There will be times when you are knocked down, misunderstood, or pushed to the edge of what you think you can bear. In those moments, only one question matters: Do you believe in yourself?
Those who rise are not untouched by hardship, but those who have learned to use their tools: faith, patience, resilience, and self-belief. They do not see pain as punishment, but as a lesson. They say, “There is something here I must learn,” and move forward again.
For some, these tools come naturally, tempered by experience, by falls and recoveries that taught endurance. For others, and for all of us at times, these tools must be built piece by piece—through effort, reflection, and the guidance of others.
Like a craftsman, each of us must gather what helps us mend and grow: wisdom from books, guidance from teachers, comfort from friends, stillness from prayer. The tools of healing may differ, but the goal is the same—to keep rebuilding the bridge between who we are and who we can become.
When you finally find your rhythm, your set of tools, something shifts inside. You stop asking, “Why me?” and start saying, “Try me.” Adversity becomes less of an enemy and more of a teacher, and you begin to live from strength instead of fear.
So today, do something kind for yourself: reflect, renew, and sharpen the tools that keep your spirit steady.
