Morning Muse 148 : It’s Just a Bend, Not the End

Life isn’t a straight road—its bends often carry the blessings we can’t yet see. What feels like failure is often just a redirection toward something bigger, something meant for you. Every closed door is life gently guiding you to a wider sky.

When I gained enough confidence, the stage disappeared.
When I was sure of losing, I won.
When I needed people the most, they walked away.
When I mastered the art of hating, someone began to love me deeply.
And after waiting for light for hours, the moment I fell asleep, the sun finally rose.

That’s life.

It rarely moves in straight lines.

Once, a young artist prepared for months for his first public exhibition. Every brushstroke carried his hope, every colour held his dream. A day before the show, the gallery called to say his exhibition was cancelled. He felt shattered. Weeks passed, and he stopped painting altogether.

Months later, while helping a friend decorate a community centre, he casually painted a mural—simple, spontaneous, almost careless. A passerby clicked a photo and posted it online. Within days, that little mural brought him invitations from across the country.

When he shared his story, he smiled and said,
"If that gallery hadn’t closed its doors, I would never have discovered the world outside its walls."

That’s how life unfolds—not in the way we plan, but in the way we need.

Failures are not full stops.
They are commas that pause us, redirect us, and refine us.

When we think it’s all over, something higher—call it destiny, grace, or Krishna’s smile—whispers softly:

"Relax, sweetheart… it’s just a bend, not the end."

Sometimes life takes away the stage only to show you—
you were meant to sing under the open sky.
